Rory Cochrane aka Tim Speedle who was on CSI: Miami Season 1 and 2 was perhaps the least character that impressed me.
However, after having watched CSI: Miami a few rounds, I started to like Tim Speedle. Too bad that he left the show after Season 2 and went to do movies.
You may have seen him in the movies like “A Scanner Darkly,” “Public Enemies” and “Right at Your Door.” “Passion Play” is his upcoming movie with Bill Murray, Mickey Rourke and Megan Fox.
He also played a Russian spy in “The Company,” a TNT miniseries about the CIA, and was on 24 for part of a season.
Why did Rory Cochrane leave the hit show CSI: Miami and his supportive viewers? Apparently, his interest in other roles and weariness with TV work were the reasons he left the series after two seasons.
According to him, “I felt the show was never-ending and the grind was a lot. It’s nice being on a hit show and the viewers are very supportive, but I couldn’t really take it anymore.”
I was quite sad and disappointed when Khandi Alexander aka Doctor Alexx Woods left the show shortly before the end of the 2007-2008 season. On February 2, 2009, she returned to the role of Alexx Woods for a guest appearance in the episode “Smoke Gets In Your CSI’s”.
Honestly, if it’s David Caruso, Emily Procter or Adam Rodriguez who was to be pulled out of the show in future, yes, I would be sad and mad.
